About recruitment and selection
A recruitment process performed by our specialists is divided into:
- Preparatory works
- Attraction of candidates
- Testing and selection
- Additional suitability control for the selected employees.
During the preparatory works we thoroughly evaluate the needs and expectations mentioned by Customer as well as requirements for the future employee, we also discuss with the Customer the labour market situation in his business sector. Together with the Customer we determine the recruitment process deadlines and a desirable goal. We also assign a recruitment project manager.
In the candidates’ attraction stage, first and foremost we check our database for candidates who are seeking employment abroad. Under the necessity, we organize and implement the publicity campaign of the work supply in different media channels. Being directly collaborating with different media channels and advertisement planning agencies in the Baltic countries, we can offer to our Customer the most beneficial prices of the advertisement services.
Selection and testing stage is divided into:

Primary selection of all potential candidates

Interviews with the candidates and their testing

Selection of 3-4 best candidates

Presentation of candidates and their individual evaluations to the Customer

Selection of the best candidate.
Additional testing of the selected candidate performed by a freelance recruitment specialist, who is not an employee of the company, is done in order to guarantee the highest quality of the service provided.
On request of the Customer only several stages of the recruitment process can be implemented.
With the Customer’s approval of the recruitment project results a future employee is being fully prepared for the work abroad: he or she is provided with the entire information concerned the future job that he or she needs to know; and all documents and formalities, related to employment, are being arranged.

Service quality guarantee
Providing recruitment service to employer we are guided by the following principles of the quality guarantee:
- FREE opportunity to ascertain the quality of the provided service;
- Double (internal and external)* service quality control;
- Any of our selected employees who will not satisfy the Customer’s expectations performing his/her work throughout a month will be replaced by another employee on our account within two weeks.
* according to the Customer’s needs the employee have been selected by our specialists is additionally being tested by a freelance recruitment specialist, who is not our employee, in order to guarantee the quality of the service provided.
