Norwegian employers about employees from Eastern Europe

If talk about Lithuania and other Baltic countries citizens, we are really happy with their serious viewpoint to their work.

My experience shows that Lithuanian employees are hard-working, laborious, reliable and responsible workers. I also must mention that their have really strong motivation to do what we expect from them...

We are happy what productivity show our employees from Lithuania and in future, if we will have free job positions, we will employ them in our factories"

"We have been used to employ Swedish people who were coming to our factories as a seasonal  workers since 1995 till 2005. But in the last years of this period we saw a tendency that Swedish employees were mostly young people who temporally jobs saw as a possibility to earn some money for vacation, summer holiday or leisure… Their motivation wasn’t very high…

And then we have discovered a possibility to employ employees from Eastern Europe from Latvia and Lithuania since 2005. Our recruitment agency offered us such a possibility…

...If compare with our last employees from Sweden, 25-40 years old people from Baltic countries what we have employed every season since 2005, they had stronger motivation. They left their families home and want to earn money not for funny things, but for their families…

I have to say that we were and still are satisfied employees from Lithuania and their work productivity…"
